Recuva (ออกเสียงเป็น "recover") เป็นโปรแกรมยูทิลิตี้แบบฟรีแวร์ (Freeware) สำหรับผู้ใช้ระบบวินโดวส์เพื่อใช้ในการกู้คืน (Recovery) ไฟล์ข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่ถูกลบทั้งโดยตั้งใจและไม่ได้ตั้งใจ โดยสามารถทำการรีสโตร์ไฟล์ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบจากถังขยะ (Recycle bin) รวมถึงไฟล์รูปภาพ ไฟล์มัลติมีเดีย และไฟล์ต่างๆ ที่ถูกลบจาก Memory card ของกล้องถ่ายรูป หรือ เครื่องเล่น MP3

นอกจากนี้ Recuva File Recovery ยังสามารถทำการกู้คืนไฟล์ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบซึ่งเกิดขึ้นจากการทำงานที่ผิดผลาดของโปรแกรม จากการแครชของระบบวินโดวส์ หรือ ถูกลบโดยไวรัสได้อีกด้วย
